Delivery
If the items are in stock and we’ve received your payment, your order will usually be shipped within 1–3 business days.
With the exception of:
- Pre-orders
- Customized or Personalized items
- Handmade items
- Other items with a clearly stated different delivery time
Please note: Delivery to non-permanent addresses (such as holiday parks and/or hotels) is entirely at your own risk. If the package is not received correctly, we unfortunately cannot be held responsible. Once delivered, the package can no longer be tracked by us or the carrier, as multiple people often have access to the delivery location.
Once your order has been placed, it can no longer be canceled. If something went wrong during the ordering process, please contact us, we're happy to help.
If we discover during packing that an item is out of stock or defective, you will be refunded for that item immediately. To avoid delays in shipping your full order, we do not contact you in advance. This way, the rest of your order can still be shipped on time. You can find an overview of any refunds in your account.
Shipping
Shipping costs are automatically calculated and shown in your shopping cart. The shipping costs are €6,95 per order, which includes registered and insured delivery. If you spend €85 or more, we’ll cover the shipping costs and you’ll enjoy free shipping within the Netherlands.
Please note that we do not offer mailbox parcel (small package) shipping, as these shipments are generally uninsured and have a higher risk of not reaching the customer. To ensure your order arrives safely and to protect both you and us, all shipments are sent via registered and insured parcel delivery.
At Muay Tigers, quality always comes first. That’s why every item is carefully inspected before shipping. The entire process is recorded on video, so you know exactly what to expect. This helps prevent misunderstandings and protects our return policy from misuse.
Every item is manually checked for stains, damage, and cleanliness. Both the front and back are carefully inspected before being packed and shipped.
We always record the inspection and packing process on video, providing clear proof of the condition of the item(s) when they leave our warehouse. If we receive a report of a damaged or stained item, we compare the complaint with the original footage to fairly assess what happened.
In cases where the footage suggests that false information may have been provided, we reserve the right to report suspected abuse to the police. This policy protects our honest customers and ensures a transparent, reliable ordering process.
